ووفقا لما أفادته وكالة أهل البيت(ع) – أبنا – ذكر بيان لقيادة الجيش، انه “وفقا لاقوال افراد الطاقم المذكور، فان الباخرة قد تم تحميلها بشكل كامل في مرفأ دمياط بمصر (ترانزيت)، على ان يتم تفريغها على التوالي في كل من المرافئ التالية، (ليماسول، بيروت، اللاذقية). وقبل وصول الباخرة الى مرفأ ليماسول، تعرّضت للقرصنة الاسرائيلية، وتم اجبارها على التوجه الى مرفأ اشدود في فلسطين المحتلة، حيث احتجز طاقمها، وجرى سحب 97 مستوعبا من حمولتها، اعيد جزء منها الى الباخرة، وتم ابقاء 36 مستوعبا في المرفا المذكور. The statement added: “In accordance with the testimony of crew members, the detection process on the content of the containers in the port of Ashdod, was not to have sight of any of them, with reference to that of the 36 containers, which are still under detention in Ashdod, was to be unloaded in the port of Latakia.”
وكانت الباخرة “فرانكوب” رست في مرفأ بيروت بعد الجدل الذي اثارته اسرائيل في شأن حمولة الاسلحة التي قالت انها كانت على متنها. The ship “Francub” docked in the port of Beirut after the controversy provoked by Israel with regard to load the weapons, which said it was on the board.
وسألت مصادر أمنية “اذا كانت ثمة اسلحة على متن الباخرة، فلماذا لم تصادر في دمياط؟”. She asked security sources “if there were weapons on board the ship, why did not confiscate in Damietta?”.
