[The great, hypocritical Saudi double-cross plan is to eliminate the illiterate preachers in Egypt, even though they preach the correct, Wahhabicized Saudi version of "Islam," because they have become a threat to the State. Such armies of uneducated fanatics are vital elements of the Saudi/US strategy to undermine True Islam throughout the AfPak region, all of Central Asia and the Middle East. The only difference between the ignorant "Islamist" preachers of Egypt and those who are running the Pakistani "Islamist" industry, is that the Egyptian Islamists stopped being part of the psywar solution and became the new problem. In Pakistan and everywhere else where the Wahhabicized "Islamists" are trying to shake the ground, the radical "Islamists" are tools of the State security organs, helping the State keep the radicalized masses under control. Obama's "Islamists" are now out of control because their spiritual leaders stopped preaching for obedience and respect to the State authorities as administrators of Allah's Plan, when they started calling for "jihad" against the "unbelievers."
The great mistake was in allowing the Pig of Qatar to take charge of the African and Middle East operations as part of the agreement made between him and the CIA to acquire Qatari financing for their misadventures. Al Thani ignored the safegards against virulent extremism that had been put in place by the Saudis after their own native "Islamists" seized the Grand Mosque of Mecca. All Saudi "mujahedeen" operations which they had run for the CIA consortium of intelligence agencies since the incident in 1979, have been tightly controlled and limited in scope. The Pig gave them unrestrained opportunity to turn the Western aggressions against Libya, Mali and Syria into their own fanciful "jihads." Now that the Pig has been fired from the job, Bandar is left the thankless task of putting the Genie "back in the bottle," bringing these crazed, armed fanatics back under agency control. There are no signs of reeling-in the rabid Islamists in Syria, but there is plenty of evidence that Syria represents a personal jihad for Bandar. Because of this, the non-believer rebels of the FSA are being shoved aside by Bandar's personal "al-Qaeda" in Iraq army, a.k.a. "al Nusra," which will give the Saudis control over the situation in Syria. His False Flag chem weapons attack in Damascus was intended to tip the scales in the militants' favor, until Russia and Syria embraced Kerry's "Plan B."
In Egypt, where the Islamist mill is turning-out more radicals than the State can possibly control, "licensing" of proper courses of curriculum and instruction is the only reasonable step which can be made, in regaining control, despite the level of angst and chaos which the decision will generate. (Maybe we should also try that here in America, for illiterate Christian preachers, and see how that works out.). Now if they would only try something similar in Pakistan....Who knows, maybe that is what they already have planned next?]
Barring unlicensed clerics from preaching is a way to spread a moderate message of Islam and lower the threat to Egypt’s security, a minister says.
CAIRO — Egyptian authorities will bar 55,000 unlicensed clerics from preaching in mosques in the latest move against sympathizers of deposed Islamist President Mohammed Morsi, the minister of religious endowments said on Tuesday.
Egyptian authorities have been cracking down on Morsi’s Muslim Brotherhood since the army toppled him July 3 following mass protests against his rule.
Minister of Endowments Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa said the clerics lack licenses to preach and were considered to be fundamentalist and a threat to the Egypt’s security.

The ban will mainly target small unlicensed mosques or random praying areas. The idea is to spread a moderate message of Islam and keep Egyptians away from radical ideas.
“The decision is only meant to legalize the preaching process during Fridays’ mass prayers and make only those authorized to do it, do it,” Gomaa told Reuters.
Authorities moved to crush the Brotherhood following the overthrow of Morsi, Egypt’s first democratically leader. More than 2,000 Islamist activists have been arrested and most of the Brotherhood’s leaders, including Morsi, jailed on charges of inciting or taking part in violence. Some have also been accused of terrorism or murder.
Over the same period, more than 1,000 people have been killed in political violence. Most were protesters killed by security forces breaking up pro-Morsi camps in Cairo. About 100 were members of the security forces.
Islamist attacks, mainly targeting security forces, have risen sharply in Egypt since Morsi’s overthrow.
